The Kenneth Cole Faux Fur Trim Hooded Down Puffer Maxi Coat was a perfect addition to the Kenneth Cole Hooded Quilted Puffer I also ordered. It is a perfect heavy, thick, loooooong option with a ‘comforter like’ protection from the winter elements. (My coat stops at the lower shins. When I wear it, all you see is the very bottoms of my pants and shoes.) I ordered an XS in both and both fit perfectly. There’s definitely not extra room and is a tad snug across the shoulders when flexing & stretching my arms, but it is very formfitting and flattering. If you prefer a looser fit, definitely size up one size. If you want to wear bulky clothing underneath, you might consider sizing up two sizes. (Just be prepared for the coat to be even longer…possibly touching the floor…when sizing up.) For comparison: I am just under 5‘5“ and stay around 115-120 pounds.

I returned this coat it Cost me 37.00 to return your coat that did not look like your advertising picture it was touching the floor I think you also should reimburse my 37.00 dollars it cost to send back.why should I pay for return shipping when you sold a defected product

I measured myself to ensure that I got the right size for me, in fact, not only did I order the right size, but I made sure to get one size larger so that I could accommodate sweaters as well as scarves! And when I tried this coat on, it was so snug on me, it was almost like I got an extra small!! I am actually a size small according to the sizing chart for this coat, but I wanted to make sure it was roomy enough to accommodate sweaters and scarves so I got a medium Yama when I tried it on the medium felt like an extra small on me. I mean, this is just ridiculous! I am disabled and living on a small fixed income And I cannot afford to waste my money on things that I don’t need, but I needed this puffer coat. I wanted something long and something warm as I live in the northeast and it is literally freezing right now freezing cold in the north east 0° and under zero in fact in many places; so this was not only a disappointment, but it angered me because this coat was a $70 coat that actually is a $300 coat but we got it at a very great discount and this is absolutely unacceptable that it did not fit me considering I am a small person 5‘3“ And about 130 pounds so there’s no reason that the sizing is so skewed negatively, it’s just disgusting. I am actually a size small, but I got a medium to ensure that it would fit me and not only did it not fit me, but it was so small then I’m not gonna be able to wear it. This is just despicable and they ought to know when the sizing is skewed so this is why I’m letting you all know that it is skewed and it is not appropriate and what my sizes are is 34/30/40 and even just based on my bust waste is a size small and like I said I purchased a medium just to be on the safe side and it was way too small on me and uncomfortable so you do the math, and the worst part is that even if I exchange it, they don’t even have a large or an extra large. They’re out of stock, which means other people had the same issue. I’m not the only one that had to get theirs exchanged out and yet I cannot because they have nothing for me to exchange too. I’m just so upset this is just unacceptable!!!

Coat is too big, too heavy and too long! Not meant for short people AND to make it worse I don’t see any options on this site for returns. I want my money back now!

They sent the wrong size and it runs very small, they wouldn’t send me a postage paid shipping label.

I purchased this code and unfortunately it was a size too small one is to exchange and they wouldn’t allow me to do that I don’t understand why not why should we buy these products if we can exchange them
