this is a great product. my real reason writing is ‘cause i want to know what happened to your customer service dept.? i have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks but get no response (not even the email indicating my mail has been received). i’'ve been dealing with a wonderful person named brandon. i think it’s important to have a customer have the same person that they have has sucess with and are familiar with (if possible) 'cause it builds trust. i.ve been trying to contact brandon by ‘replying’ like i had been doing since last spring. no response from any source. what has happened??? is there something wrong with your site or my site? i even mailed at the customer support email (which was on one of the emails i’d received from brandon, think he’s in texas). this may be my last resort as to what is going on and trying to get an email to you. the 1 time brandon was unavailable i received a prompt reply from chandler. in other words, i have always received a prompt reply to any mail i’ve sent; that was 1 of the things i liked soooo much about your company; and why i’ve reecommended it to so many people. if you check my account you will find i’ve done a lot of ordering and spent a lot of money on your site. will someone PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE tell me what is going on and how i can get it remedied? i did have an issue with an order (which is how this whole no response thing started) and i was able to, finally, remedy it myself. i’m hoping that this message will get through somehow; if so please let brandon know i haven’t abandoned him, i’ve just had a huge issue getting my email to your site. thank you for any help and assistance in this matter—hope you get this and hope everything can be fixed and go back to normal otherwise, what happens if i have an issue i can’t fix? brandon ALWAYS was able to help in a prompt, efficient, professional manner; he made your customers feel valued. again, thank you for any help; PLEASE HELP ME. take care, stay healthy, mary dorsey
