The serum is like water and the pump on the finishing cream does not work. What are the chances of getting this replaced?
The worst product ever.
This product was a gift. And showed up in pieces and the box was tore up. The face scrubber was all scratched up. It got throwing out and a waist of money. I’ll never order from this site again.
Cheap crap
Bought one for myself and another for gift. Says 4 step but you don’t get cleanser. Products weren’t in box correctly, the infuser is a cheap piece of plastic and was all scratched up. If I could return and get my money back I would. Unfortunately I purchased through morningsave, no returns. Complete waste of $120.00.
Fake. Not an original product!
Beware! This is a fake product. The packaging is cheap and cracked. Serums and cream did NOT have any kind of safety seal, the wand was scratched…clearly USED.
