I received this order on October 2nd, 2025. The items expired October 1st…yes, of 2025. I contacted the company, asking for a refund, and was told, “It is a best before date. 10.02.25-11.03.25. I have issued a refund, but you will have to pay for return shipping. Once we receive the package, we will process the return.”
This is a larger box, with EXPIRED product… NOT “best before”, and - even if it was best before - I would not feed something to my pets after a “best before” date! I am livid… it would cost me as much for this size box to ship it back as it did for the purchase ($29).
I will NEVER buy from this company again!!!
