Totally soaked prior to arrival
N delivered direct and hand to us direct by fedex driver like this - so Whr it so got so wet is beyond me - soaked through to product - wicker part of diffuser as well has water stains - not first time problems with fed express therefore do not want again via them n refund requested
Missing Electrical charge cord?
Sent email and you inept tech only credited my account, I wanted replacement cord? I mean do your employees, not have reading English abilities?
