Use Instructions:
- Connect power bank charger (not included) to the USB plug inside the inner pocket of jacket
- Power on the power bank and press the button located on the outside upper chest of the jacket
- Modes:
-
Long press for 3 seconds to activate the heating

Blue light = lowest temperature
-
White light = medium temperature
-
Red light = highest temperature
-
Long press for 3 seconds again to turn it off

Cleaning Instructions:
- Remove the power bank charger before washing the jacket
- Hand wash or machine wash on cold, gentle cycle
- Air dry or machine dry on low
- Warnings:
- Not recommended for long extended periods of use
- Use of high temperature water or strong detergents can damage the jacket
- Do not engage the heat of the jacket if the jacket is wet
- At the first signs of any unusual product performance turn off the power and stop use
- Length of use is dependent on the capacity of the power bank charger being used

Not what is appears
This product came with no battery pack or charger or cords. It also had not paperwork or way to contact the manufacturer. Such a disapointment. If this would have been a gift I would have been very embarrassed. It does not even rate one star.

When I received this jacket I tried it on right away and it fits perfectly. I’d say the best purchase!

I received my jacket when said it was to be delivered. I haven’t tried it out have to purchase a power bank, very lightweight and I love that can’t stay a bulky coat

I love this jacket but it is too BIG so I have to return this .
Cheap Stitching
No wonder this is sold on TV, if you saw it in person you wouldn’t buy it. Thank goodness I got a “deal”. Stitching is awful and jacket was restitched in several places, missing stitches in other areas. Strings hanging everywhere, needing trimmed. Says you can’t use the heat when wet… well I WAS planning on using this on snow days skiing. Haven’t tested the waterproofing, May just need a spray for protection. Pocket for power pack interferes with hand pocket, wish it was higher or in a less noticeable spot. Hoping it holds up for 1 season. It does get warm and kept me toasty on a dry sunny day so that’s a win.
Nice Jacket
Gave it a #3 rating because just received today, so unable to give review yet. Not able to wear yet, because weather is still warm and I need to order power bank which is sold separately. Morning save has sold out of the jacket therefore I am unable to purchase power bank right now.

Can’t say if I like or dislike jacket yet because i haven’t been able to use it yet. I didn’t realize you need a bank charger and it didn’t come with the order so know have to order the bank charger before i can use the jacket (if I had realized it needed the charger I would of ordered the charger the same time I ordered the jacket so I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping again, i’m on a monthly set income)
Not pleased!
Jacket runs really small, so doesn’t fit. Order next size up. Also, no info on where to get the Power bank which doesn’t come with the jacket as stated.

Misleading
Very thin cheaply-made material. They don’t tell you that you pretty much have to carry a battery block around with you because you can’t use it for heat unless you’re plugged in. Most people aren’t carrying that around.
Small heat pad in upper back-fits small
Is a nice jacket for just a jacket but heat pad is small and only in upper back. Fits very small also.

No power source came with jacket and no instructions on what size power pack we are supposed to purchase.

Hello fellow buyer beware alert! Please don’t buy this item Caldo puffer jacket in haste .You will need a power pack battery with this jacket in order for it to work!
Not what they offer RUN
I ordered for a friend, came . Runs very small, used a $60.00 power bank and it won’t heat.
I contacted company, they said I needed to pay return postage and then 10 plus days they may refund. I was concerned about Covid and it had been tried on , they said no problem just send back?Just put on box contaminated? What ?

Poor quality defective workmanship
The filling is so sparce and unevenly inside There are lumps and then flat areas with nothing but the polyester casing
No power pack no heater period.
Would’ve been nice to know the power pack used to charge the heater elements is not included. Big bummer.

The jacket came in an open bag and is extremely too small for the size. Very disappointed and will try to send back. Not impressed at all!

The jacket is big on me and there’s no information on how to return or exchange. Also the picture on your website is very deceiving, it look like is really padded but in reality is very thin.
