Just received it today. Using it as I’m typing. Heats up very quickly. Feels like a good quality material. Can not attest to how it will hold up yet, but loving it so far.

This item barely heats up and when I went to return it I found out that Morning Save does not accept buyers remorse or change of mind return. Wish I had known that before I placed an order. I will be more careful “IF” I ever decide to order again

The heat is only on the upper part of your back, your arms are exposed and it doesn’t close up in the front of your body so the front is open.
