It’s Big
It’s big and I love it. It’s nice to find a nice looking 20oz mug that holds my entire Venti Latte. I do wish they had some kind of texture in the middle for a better grip.

Very Disappointed
I bought these and the small ones because Wendy Williams recommended on her show but I am extremely disappointed. I usually keep ice water at bedside and by morning I gstill have ice in my grocery store brand Tumbler, so of course I expected the same or better from this set. I woke up to find not only did my ice melt, but the water wasn’t even cold. It was cool but not cold enough to drink. I haven’t tried it with hot liquid yet, maybe it’s better for hot drinks. I am planning to return this item and maybe the small ones too if I get the same results.
