How to Apply Dip Powder the Right Way

1 Prep your nail (File and Buff) - Brush off the dust and use rubbing alcohol to clean the nails’ surfaces
2 Apply a thin coat of the gel base (red lid)
3 Immediately dip the tip of the entire nail into clear base powder (dry 30-60 seconds)
4 Brush off excess powder
5 Repeat step 2 - step 4 with your choice of color powder to get the effect you want
6 Apply one layer of activator to your entire nail surface (yellow lid) (dry 30-60 seconds)
7 File and buff the surface of the nail until smooth and clean your nails from dust
8 Apply another activator to ensure your powder is fully solidified (Air dry for 4 minutes)
- Kind note: ensure that there is no activator residual
- You can use a paper towel to dry up the nails before applying the topcoat
- This will ensure the topcoats brush from getting hardened
9 Apply a thin coat of gel top (blue lid) (dry 2 minutes)
10 Apply another thin coat of gel top and wait till completely dry (2 minutes)
