Makes two 6-ounce servings
½ cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 ounces sweetened cream of coconut
2 ounces dark rum
1 cup ice cubes
Place ingredients in jar of Cuisinart® SmartPower® 7-Speed Electronic Blender in order listed.
Place cover on jar.
Turn blender on and process on Liquefy until slushy, about 45 to 50 seconds.
Turn blender off. Serve immediately.
