I charged then up
I charged both batteries. Excited to try them. I have them for when we have our wild fires and power outages. This will help me out a lot and not sit in my car in the heat. Also good for traveling in the airports when I do travel again.
Great Product!!! Just what My Son Needed!!
We saw this on TV. My son said oh that’s cool. I need one of those. I placed the order on line that evening. We got it about 3 days later. He couldn’t believe it arrived so soon. Being a truck driver he’s out all day and his phone dies on him sometime. He’s really going to use this!!
They are Great!
I saw these on TV and was skeptical. I couldn’t be happier with them. I use them daily to charge my cell phone. Initially I purchased them for PSPS (PG&E shuts off our power) here in California but they are so easy to use that I prefer them to a wall charge. I highly recommend them and am considering buying another set. I play a game on my cell that eats the battery up quickly. Between these 2 I have constant power. We have gone days without power before due to fire danger and high winds. The town I live in survived the Camp Fire of November 8, 2018 so cell power is essential. These are a great addition to my survival gear.

Works as Expected
Ordered this and another item at the same time and from time of order to receipt seem to be rather long (recvd other item at least a week earlier). I like that it’s "fairly’ lightweight. Don’t like how the function for determining if fully charged is displayed. On the black it was hard to locate. For the price I guess I really can’t complain.

I tried different cords, different outlets and different plug connectors. I am waiting for a response from Morning Save. I am assuming they will replace the charger that will not charge.
Directions
I need written directions, not just pictures. What does come with the product requires a magnifying glass to even see it. I was able to Google online to answer my questions, but not from Mophie. In fact, I was going to download the manual and Verizon wouldn’t let me because of possible viruses on that site. Haven’t even tried the product yet. Took me forever to figure out what to do since decent directions aren’t included
Product is good, but very disappointed in Morningsave. Very slow to get product out and took forever once it went to FedEx…last ten for me from this vendor.

I ordered these Power Banks & neither one of them work. They only worked for 5 minutes. Either I want a new 2-Pack set in Pink or I want my money back. Thank you, Carol Buffum

I can’t believe that I payed almost $30 for junk. And I don’t even get an answer when I sent a message. I will never buy anything from this app again. 
These did not charge up at all
When I first received these, I plugged them in for their first charge as directed by instructions. However, only 1 of the 4 that I ordered worked. The rest of them would not charge.
Battery swells and becomes hot
One does not charge, becomes hot and swells. Afraid it will explode.
