Most batteries have to be put in with opposite directions. Your picture or inside the unit showed them going the same way. That was wrong. In switching the one battery they are working. That is what you get when selling Chinese JUNK!

I’m afraid to use it. I installed the batteries and it became so hot that it burned my finger trying to remove the batteries. Laid them on my table and my table cover nearly melted where I laid the batteries. I plan to return them once I contact customer service.
