Wrong order delivered. Small quantity-not really 8 pieces
I did not like that the wrong color was sent, which means I have to find out how to send one of the cookware sets back and wait for a redelivery of the correct color. I did not like that “8-piece” meant every spoon, spatula, pot top, and pot separator was called a piece of the cookware. I did like the burgundy red color of the set I actually ordered. But I also ordered a beige set and I was sent a grey set. I also do not like that there is no toll-free direct phone# for Customer Service, requiring customers to email a support ticket and wait up to 3 business days for a response from Customer Service. I probably will not order products from MorningSave again due to the inconvenience and unmet expectations. I can’t be sure of what I’m getting and returning products is not simple and straight forward.
