Ordered 11-30-2025, estimated delivery date given Dec 11 - Dec 15, 2025 and received it Jan 13, 2026; almost one and half months later. It was to be a Christmas gift. Had to follow up with you five times; advised it will be another week before it was to be shipped. It would have been nice to get an advisory that you are still working on my shipment vs letting me keep sending you tracking text.
