This is a handsome item, but too heavy, big and confusing to use. I am very sorry I purchased this blender. I have only used it once, so I will use it at least 4 more times before I give it away.

It’s a lot heavier than I realized and larger. It will be hard to store it.
Damaged box
I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone about the damaged box I received. It’s a gift to a friend and box came to me like someone tried to open. Haven’t heard from or gotten response yet

My package came by FedEx today, damaged and all taped up, I’ve taken pictures…
I haven’t opened it up to see the extent of the damage, it looks like this item was a return from someone else and sent to me, I’m returning it for a full refund…

I am returning the item to the post office as an unaccepted delivery. The postman left it on my front porch. It appears to be a returned item that was improperly reboxed and shipped and contains a damaged item that has already been returned once.
