Customer service is awesome! Read my review of the Born slippers and refunded my money( I had. no clue they even read these reviews. Either way I wasn’t happy with the purchase but extremely impressed with customer service! I will order other products in the future.

Ordered these slippers, and well I love most Born products, these slippers in the size medium just felt too loose and floppy on My feet. I would like to say that morning save customer service was absolutely stellar when I expressed dissatisfaction with the product. Thank you for your help

They run very big.

I ordered these off the website and waited with anticipation for their arrival. Once I received them I was disappointed bc of the quality. The soles are plastic and they offer absolutely no support. I wear a size 8.5 shoe so I ordered size 7-8. They’re too big. Won’t stay on my feet while walking. I should have saved my money and went to the Dollar General and purchased some there. At least I would have been able to try them on.
Poor Quality
They are cheaply made with no support and there is a plastic piece stuck in the bottom of one of the slippers that I cannot get out making it impossible to walk in.
