I have sore areas I didn’t know I had & the fact that you can manipulate it to just the right spot & work it out. I’m going to buy Icy/Hot Spray to maximize the experience. The straps are much shorter than the picture but I’m not complaining. The gift I didn’t know I needed. Bought one for my son too! Working all day on a computer takes it’s toll on the back & shoulders.

Love this massager - mostly because the speed can be turned low and along with the heat is exactly what I can tolerate on my neck and shoulders.

Bought mainly for my dad
My dad gets a lot of pain in his back and legs, he has very broad shoulders/back, and he isn’t the most “tech/gadget” friendly so he’s still figuring out the best way to use it for him, he likes it though. I really like it on my shoulders and lower back, not so much on my neck though.
Not rechargeable
This product massages and heats as specified, however, the offer and the instruction sheet implies that it can be recharged and used away from a power source. This is not true. Its portability is important to me. I reported this to a support representative and they promptly offered a refund.

I’m still recovering from an injury, and this product wasn’t quite right for me, because I just needed a Heating pad versus a massager. But JACKIE (Mercatalyst), helped me out with a Very expedient refund. 
Awkward and inconvenient
The straps are short. I am a 5’4" female so to hold the straps while it is around your neck is not comfortable and the straps are not adjustable. The massage feels good, but the cords are very short that you need to plug into an outlet and it is inconvenient to use, so I probably will not use it often.

The hand/arm straps are too shirt, there is no heat and much bulkier than I thought it would be. The massaging mechanism is good.

saw on TV on cyber friday. it did not look as large as it is. Women were showing product. I was charged for shipping, which is usually free and to send it back I will be charged again. Not such a great deal for $25.oo original price. shipping would almost be the same as original price of product. very dissatisfied with transaction.
