How do I use:

Charge the device
Hold down the power button until the light turns on
Ensure your skin is moist with either water, lotion, or serum before using the device
While your skin is still moist, gently move the device over your face at a 45-degree angle and with light pressure, concentrating on the areas that need exfoliation the most
Use both sides of the device head
Hold button to turn device off
