Terrible
I think I would get a better hot brush at Walmart. It didn’t get hot enough to really work and the way the bristles are designed it barely combs through hair. Don’t waste your money!
Not reliable
Not for everyone, specially people of color, the brush isn’t hot enough to release the shrinkage in black coarse hair, it doesn’t even leave it a little straighten to be satisfied somewhat. My hair is soft and natural and it did nothing for me, I would only recommend this for children

does not leave from OFF position. Does not heat up. Does not work
When I plugged it in for the first time the light came on but the off on the screen wouldn’t change to on. Very dissatisfied and disappointed
Sent me a returned Item, it was clearly used. Yuck!
It did not get hot so it didn’t work! Terrible product!
