I’m so disappointed in these pillows. I tried several different positions with them and nothing was comfortable. The snaps end up digging into me. You should use Velcro instead. What I really wanted them for was for my low back and neck, so I snapped them closer and put them in the lumbar region of my back. It felt good for a while but then my extremities started tingling and then going to sleep. I really wanted this product to be good for me but sadly it’s not.
