I was truly disappointed to see that the beautiful gift boxes for the bracelet sets I ordered arrived damaged. As someone who values the presentation of a gift, it was disheartening to see the boxes in such a condition. It may not have been an expensive piece of jewelry, but it still deserved to be presented in a pristine box. Unfortunately, both gift boxes were haphazardly stuffed into a plastic bag, resulting in them being crushed and torn on the edges during shipping. This was not the kind of presentation I had envisioned when I ordered the bracelets. My mother would have appreciated the design and words inside the bracelet box, but now I won’t be able to present them to her as nicely as I had hoped.
