Control button hard to control
By the time it takes to get this button pushing and holding enough times to get to the pulse mode the water is empty, and all over the place because you can’t stop the flow of water and it won’t stop till it times out at 2 minutes.
While the flosser didn’t measure up to standard expectations the customer support team exceeded them. They allowed a hassle-free refund which restored my trust in ordering online from JHUD.
Won’t turn off
First time turning this on the thing wouldn’t turn off. Had to leave running til the charge ran out.
Terrible
I have had 2 in as many months. Charge and work 1 time and done

I don’t sent you a couple response back now you’re trying to tell me even though they have not reached out to you what do I want you to do first of all you need to drop this company that’s what you need to do and let them know why you dropped them!!! cause my water faucet came without a cord this don’t make any sense whatsoever I never had a problem before I have had problems with other companies so what they had did when the stuff did not work they refund my money back so I want my money back that’s what I want cause there’s nothing I can do with this I want no more excuses don’t tell me you can’t reach out to them because you need to drop them cause if you don’t I’m gonna reach out to somebody else and let them know what the heck is going on cause you don’t make no sense to me
