Only one time I didnt receive my order that had been delivered and was stolen i guess because I never received it but mercatalyst refunded me my money back so that was a plus because it wasnt their fault or my fault that some idiot stole my product. Do not buy this product if you are using an Android. When I purchased it the information now listed on the site was not available to me. I reached out to the MorningSave company and I got an oh we’re sorry but no real assistance nor was I offered a refund. I purchased two of these scales and I was initially excited for my purchases. I was even apart of the monthly subscription but after I was handled so poorly I unsubscribed and went back to my normal online site for purchases. Today I received an email to tell me use an app that is not built by Motif Coffee and it has been nearly a year. Customer Service with Morning Save is very sketchy and really needs improving.
