Getting ready to use this new Jenni Chan luggage and just the materials themselves make me happy, stylishly feminine.
It swivels beautifully, very liquid. It glides easily, the handle is just right.
Many blessings for offering it at a better reasonable price of $35 - it’s smaller so it isn’t an item that I would give a dollar value above that.
I believe the value is that it speaks a special, personal touch of the designer.

It is a good size tote and it does like pretty. Although the material inside it’s very cheap the zippers inside get stuck or open up on both ends.
Handle Zipper sealed shut, no zipper pull, cannot access handle
Zipper to access telescoping handle is sealed shut and has no zipper pull. Unable to open zipper to raise handle. Waiting for reply from customer service. If resolved, I’ll increase my rating. Otherwise love the bag, it’s wheels and it’s matching computer tote. I just don’t want to have to carry the bag through the airport.
