I did like how the watch wasn’t staying connected to the app so I ask for a refund. I gave 2 stars for that however, I will give the 5 star because they refund the money without any issue. The customer service amazing and quick to respond to me. I’ve been a long time customer with Morning Saving and this was the only issue i have had with them. Keep up the great customer service.

Had trouble getting my watch to work, so I contacted morningSave.com to ask for a refund. To my surprise they refunded me right away and I thought that was great customer service. Thank you very much.

Will see how it works, so far it looks like what I was looking for, time will tel as I get more familiar with this watch and will give a better review as I get familiar with all the things it does.

No information except code
Information on how the use the watch should be more informative then code because the code caused me to get a fraud call from my credit card company because the code sent me to this app.

They don’t really send directions with the watch to know how to set all of the settings!! Where do you get new bands??

I didn't received what a purchase
I paid for 2 i touch explorer 3 smart watch. However i just received one… tried to contact them. No answer what so ever
They charged me for 2 … this is a very false advertisement they doing on tv, specially on Inside Edition… stay away from them . You are able to contacted them. They have a support option and NEVER resolve your issue.
Constantly Blinks
I fully charged my iTouch watch upon receipt, however, it constantly blinks and vibrate until the charge is depleted. I have not been able to use any of the functions on this watch and I plan to return it.
Smart watches
These wat hes are pieces of craps. They do not charge and the customer service are impossible to deal with. Be careful buying things from this company because they are wicked in listening to your problems. Don’t care when their product is defective.
