Just received my Air Purifier and love it. Very easy to operate and could smell the ionizer right away. Really helped the smell of stunk go away as our dog was sprayed by a skunk a week ago. Skunk smell gone!

I like the size and it is pretty quiet. I do believe one was used? Packaged different from the other and neither one had filters wrapped as they should have been. Hope not a refurbished one !!!
