The size was not correct and I reached out to customer service, they were very helpful but were unable to make the exchange. They gave me a full refund and I didn’t have to return the coat so I was able make a donation! That made my day!!! Thank you
Excellent customer service
The jacket is just what I was wanting. I was sad cause it runs small in the chest, but the customer service was quick and easy. They refunded my money and I didn’t have to try to return the jacket, I just wish it would have fit its a great looking jacket

Even though the product was defective, the body part of coat was exceptionally small and the sleeves were exceptionally long, the customer service was very responsive and immediate!!!

I was very upset to find that this coat runs very small. Contacted customer service and they refunded me the price of the coat and told me there was no need to return it. Therefore I will be donating it to a winter coat drive. Thank you Morning Save!

I previously gave the jacket a one star review. I’m sticking to the one star review for the jacket. I measured the actual jacket & compared it to the measurements on the sizing chart. My jacket was much smaller than those measurements. HOWEVER, I will rate the customer service as excellent! I sent an email & got a quick same day response. I was asked to reply with my jacket measurements. I received a prompt response apologizing for the problem, as well as a promised refund. The refund appeared in my account two days later. Even though the jacket didn’t work out, I would not hesitate to order again because I received such excellent customer service!

How to return, coat is too heavy for Florida and arms too tight. I can not wear comfortly.

Runs small, but is flattering
The seam in the inside pocket was only partially sewn. There is no wristband so air does enter the sleeves, but overall I’m going to keep it. The color is lovely.
Not true to size
Nice coat. Checked my measurements, should have been large to XL, which was not available in any color, so ordered 1X thinking it would be quite roomy.
It is snug especially in chest area and I am not a chesty woman.
Not true to size
It was too small and I have to return it. It was a gift from my mom and I now have to pay return shipping. I will never order from here again after this.
Too small around the waist
The coat is beautiful but does not fit around the waist. Small at the waist for a large.
Well Made Coat
Well-made but runs small.
Disappointing
Cheaply made, some of the fuzz was coming through the seams on the sleeve. Size runs small, so even though I ordered an XL thinking it would be on the large side, it’s too tight around the chest. Not much lining in the sleeves to unless I’m wearing a sweater under it, my arms get cold. Also, the zipper is on the “wrong” side, in other words, it zips like a man’s jacket with the insert pin being on the right side rather than the left.
Horrible
I just threw 50 bucks out the window… this is the most horrible jacket I’ve ever seen. I would donate it but I don’t even think a homeless person would want it. It’s definitely not true to size… Stitching is all off. The fuzzy lining is on the floor…

Run very small
Beautiful well made jacket only reason for only 2 stars is because of size running very small. In hopes for another chance to purchase another one.

While the coat seemed to be very warm, it didn’t fit. I ordered the next size up in case it ran small and the coat was at least 2 or 3 sizes smaller.

Too Small
I had to return it due to needing a different size, and I had to pay for shipping. I see some customers didn’t have to do that. I tried to change the size but they were sold out. I spent close to the same amount on shipping as I did for the coat. No savings there. I liked the coat too.
Ridiculously too small.
This item was way too small. I read the reviews and ordered a size larger. Honestly, I’m not even sure the next size up with fit. I think it would be too small as well.
For me, this whole purchase has been a huge inconvenience. Had I purchased from a brick and mortar store or Amazon. I paid this $10 shipping fee. And just to exchange and get the right size I’m going to have to pay for shipping again. There’s no guarantee that the next size will even fit. The sale price will has vanished due to the inconvenience and shipping fees. I will never try to purchase from this site again. For me… It has not been a great experience at all.
Coats are NOT TRUE TO SIZE.
I purchased for Christmas gifts, the XL is for my Granddaughter, it fits me, I am A SMALL, the XL fits me!!! I want to RETURN the 3 (THREE) coats for a full Refund. Very disappointed as they are nice looking, DO NOT FIT Whom I purchased them for.

The coat is a huge disappointment! My tall slender daughter does not fit in the MEDIUM… neither do her 2 young athletic daughters!!! I can’t buy anything from you EVER! That ‘waterpik’ is worthless! I should returned it!
Not true to size
Sleeves were too long and couldn’t get the coat to snap together. INFERIOR PRODUCT. I returned it today and it costs me $23.71 to do that. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOR COMPANY AGAIN !
Poor Quality construction
The items was received with poor construction. Loose strings and hems are off line. The treads are very loose . The size is completely incorrect.
The threading use for outerwear should be better the belting area show wear. Please refund my money. Is this Sherpa lining the jacket say polyester 100% faxing fur 100% false Serpa
Very very poor
The description says it runs small. Thought it was for an adult, but made for a child. Also one of the outside seams was coming open. Very very disappointed!
Falling apart before wearing
Horribly made. Stitching isn’t straight and is falling apart everywhere, already has hole before wearing. Unfortunately didn’t notice at first. Even if I see the hole it’s just going to keep falling apart in other spots because of terrible stitching.

I am very dissatisfied with this product. The stitches are coming apart all over the jacket. Why would anybody send something like this to anyone.
