I want to applaud Morning Save on their exemplary customer service department. I had given a negative review on a pair of faulty headphones that I had purchased. They refunded my money to my surprise without me even contacting them about the faulty headphones. Now that is an outstanding customer service department!!!
It’s a Christmas present. I won’t be opening it up till Christmas.
Headphones? Really...?
I took these out of the package and I was so excited. The little case was so well made and sturdy. I put it on the charger and guess what? They don’t work. It wouldn’t connect to my.phone no matter what I did. They are just total junk! I am so disappointed!!!
