The secret to good hygiene
We’re all trying to develop more hygienic habits, like washing and sanitizing our hands more often, but it’s easy to slip back into our old routines. So how do you make a habit more likely to stick? Make it really, really easy to do.
When it comes to hand hygiene, that means being prepared, with lots of soap and hand sanitizer. But rather than stocking up on one big bottle of sanitizer, the trick is to get a bunch of smaller bottles to stash wherever you might need them. Put a bottle in in your car, by the front and back doors, in your purse or backpack, even by your nightstand.
In addition to making it super easy to sanitize your hands wherever you are, just seeing the bottle will give you that gentle reminder. That way, you can always have clean hands, no matter where you are.
