The thermometer didn’t work so I said so in my review. CS reached out to me and asked if I could elaborate a bit, so I did. They immediately refunded me without requiring me to send item back.

The operating directions that came with this product must have come from China - very difficult to follow and actually get settings on device changed as desired. Looking to return for refund.
