Works Wonders!
Tried it out as soon as it arrived. It worked amazingly well!!! Huge dark spots from my tile floors were removed immediately using the combination of vinegar and water per their instructions. Very happy with my purchase!

We have never Received our purchase
Never Received our purchase our purchase. I had bought this for my sister. You’ve gotten your money or I should say my money but we have gotten our purchase. We have waited Longer than it should have taking you to get here. You say you delivered it. But it’s not in her hands or mine. I would like you to resend the mop she has waited for a longer then you said it would take to get there. So you Either send them up to her again or refund me my money. I bought with you before and never had a problem.
Does not work
After putting together and following instructions, does not turn on. I have notified Side Deal and if they handle this situation appropriately, i will change my review accordingly.
Not pleased & would like to return unopened item!
I purchased two steam mops but after using the one I wasn’t pleased with it. Therefore, I would like to return the open box being that it was never used. Please send return label & refund my account in full. I’ll loose the funds for the item I used. 
Carpet Glider
The plastic carpet glider that is around the microfiber pad keeps it from cleaning floors. Only part that did touch my floor was where the Velcro strips were that hold the cleaning pad in place. The plastic piece around pad keeps this from cleaning and it’s to thick, pad should be over this plastic piece.
Unbelievably cheap plastic
I was so surprised how light the box was when I received it. Once I opened the box, I couldn’t believe how cheap this mop was. I would have thought that the companies/tv shows, etc. would atleast look at or try products they are allowing to be advertised/discounted and/or promoted on their shows. I can promise you, this won’t last long before it either breaks or stops working. Good steam and cleaned the floor well. I will be sending this back. I would rather spend another $40 and get a well made product from Bissell. This is my first product I have bought thru this subscription. I will try again, but if I get another cheap product, I will be cancelling my subscription. I am so dissapointed.
Not worth it
So not worth the money. I’m glad I didn’t pay regular price. Does not clean floors good and does not get into corners like claimed.
Doesn't clean well at all
This plastic cleaner is light in weight, but totally ineffective in cleaning. I wasted my money.
Steam is so weak that the mop leaves dry steam marks on the floor. In addition, white plastic cover included for the carpet cleaning is absolutely worthless as the mop doesn’t even reach the carpet. The product doesn’t live to its marketed use. Waste of the money. Needa full refund.
