The bottom battery covers don’t close all the way when I reported they asked if the screws worked. i said no screws came with so they refunded me the money.
Glass is thin and fragile
Cracked one of the glass tubes while setting it down on a silicone mat! 
It’s a straight longitudinal crack, so it’s still usable.
Handle with care.
