It it a easy to use the massager pillow and I use it daily all up and down my lower and upper back! Its very effective on releasing my tight back muscles from the stress and stain of the day! Also it is very portable and easy to move to different locations. Highly recommend!!

This massager works like NOTHING I’ve bought, tried and wasted money on before.
I love it!! It works great on your head, neck, shoulders & lower back AWESOMELY!!
The ONLY complaint I do have is that you cannot lay down (like with regular heating pad) because the massaging balls and entire casing of massager is indeed “ROCK SOLID” & hard as a ROCK!! If I’m sitting in my chair(that I had to buy due to major back injuries& damage, This product works fantastic and will relax you to sleep!!
Just don’t try to Relax by laying. Down. On this product because it actually will make your back/ neck pain worse, if you do… Other than that…THIS IS A WONDERFUL PRODUCT AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS WITH SMALL OR VERY MAJOR BACK PROBLEMS!!!

Not really what I thought it would be!
The massage feels really good but the whole thing is so hard. I thought it would cuddle around my neck and shoulders but it feels more like a hard, solid board. Disappointed in that.
Can't get customer service to respond
One side of the heating element does not work and I have tried numerous times to get someone to help me with this issue to no avail.
