I was very impressed with the customer service when my first order arrived in would not charge they didn’t even drop a beat or in for me of how to send the other one back they just sent me a second one and it works great. it does not have a sleep monitoring that some of the descriptions say they do but when you read the owner’s manual you can understand why they have like four models for the same one this one is the very basic model but for me it has worked great as a Tracker and a watch and a reminder and I like the fact that it’s waterproof Because I frequently forget to take mine off when I shower.

The tracker is not intuitive and difficult to navigate. The battery life is nowhere close to one week. The devise alerts you of text messages but does not have the ability to display the message. The sleep monitoring isn’t automatic. I b would not recommend this product.
