At first I thought the neck massager didn’t work. Then I carefully re-read the instructions and realized I had to wet my neck and click BOTH the power button and wavy line button above it to turn on the massage effect.
At first the massage stimulation was a bit startling, but then I let it sink it and OMG it amazing.
I had pain in my neck and a migraine. After 2 session with relaxultima my migraine and neck pain were gone!

Yes it’s true that you have to read the instructions … it’s the only way you will get it right with this neck massager. I’m very careful when it comes to anything that has to do with my neck so of course the instructions were a must. I was suffering from chronic neck pain and migraines for about 2 years now and literally nothing has worked until I bought this neck massager … the pain was gone almost immediately and I felt like a million bucks!!! This is worth it to use. The price is amazing, and the product is very high quality. I highly recommend the RelaxUltima Portable Neck Massager!

Use as instructed and your experience will be grand.
Wetting the neck before use (gives an effective massage and is essential).
Removing jewelry before use (hanging earrings, necklaces) is essential. You could be shocked if your jewelry interacts with the neck massager.
Before using this, my neck was always tense. Now it feels much better.

I have to say; of all the products I’ve purchased this one has the most clear and concise instructions! At first I was confused because it doesn’t look like any neck massager I’ve ever used, and like many of the reviews here I was flustered since I didn’t read the instructions. Upon reading them I realized you need to wet your neck slightly and then hold down the two buttons to enable the full massaging effect.
This is perfect for anyone sitting at a desk, doing data entry, traveling and more!
I received it today, but haven’t tried it yet.

The item is very small and hard to get around my neck. I did follow all of the instructions and was able to use it. I did not see anywhere on the package or ordering instructions that stated the item would not fit on a certain neck size.
For smaller necks
It won’t fit around my husband’s neck. It isn’t flexible either. Going to see if my daughter can use it… or sadly I will have to return it.

This item is made very small and wouldn’t even fit around my husband’s neck and barely fit mine so I know it’s made quite small. If you have any extra weight on you at all, don’t bother ordering this. Can’t even tell you how it works since we never got to use it. Very disappointing indeed for $40.
Disappointed! Does NOT Massage - Only Heats
Very Disappointed, this was to be a Christmas gift but Now I Cannot give to anyone.
Only the heating part works and NOT the Massager . I have tried everything but still nothing, does not vibrate.
NOTE: I will be Stopping Payment on Master Card and they can deal with your billing department.

Painfull pricks at your neck
This product hurts. You get sudden burst of prickly sensations in your neck which feels like needles jamming the back of your neck. Not relaxing at all.
