Wow, I love these

I LOVE IT… I HOPE MY DAUGHTER LIKES IT
I thought I figured out the correct plug but apparently not as it doesn’t fit. I was able to give one to my daughter but I still have one I can’t use. Other than that they are gorgeous! Bigger than what I thot. I’m just now informing customer service so I can’t comment on the solution but I have the upmost confidence in the response. Hence the high rating.

Wrong color!
Wrong color was delivered. I ordered a rose color and I received black. Not happy. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift

The charger don’t stay charged they should stay charge until you use them

I ordered 2 and neither ever worked…And I keep getting random charges from Morning save on my account. Customer service number is always a busy signal. Never again!!
DIDN'T work when arrived
Ordered in July received August 12, would not charge any device, only option for support was to email support, expected time for response: 5-7 business days! Waiting!!!
