Didn’t know you have to pay yearly to a company to view any videos.
Too difficult to set up. Too many ads to purchase more cloud storage. I had to pay someone $20 to set up only to be dissatisfied with the unit. Did not have a connecting usb port included.Took too long to get to the connection after the doorbell was rung to get into the conversation mode before the person was gone. It is black and not purple and does not require batteries. I want a refund and to return this unit
