Miko air purifier
I bought 2 , they both have a high pitch sound and one of the 2 after 2 hours of use it started making a clunking sound. I contacted Miko David at Miko customer service was combative and argumentative but in the end I got a return label he said has soon as ups scan the return label they will send the replacement out. 4 days later I called customer service at Miko and David said they didn’t send the replacement out because they lost/misplaced the label. I don’t recommend this air purifier and this Miko brand.

Horrible Customer Service
So far it’s been a horrible decision to purchase this item. I called the customer service number and was told I needed to go through the dealer I bought it from. I went through all the hoops to register my item and was then told to go back to customer service (Merry Go Round). I have been following up via message / email from morning star web page. Allow 2-3 business for response at this rate the 2yr warranty period will be over.
