Perfect for my neck shoulders and back
Perfect for my neck shoulders and back! I plugged it up out of the box tried it out, and I was in heaven. It hit all my trouble spots. It gave me so much relief in the few minutes that I used it. My cat was looking at me like I was crazy. I would recommend this item, most definitely!

Great customer service
Customer service went above and beyond what I expected. I can’t review how the item works because it wouldn’t charge. I was very disappointed. After receiving my complaint about the massager not charging, they immediately responded to my message and refunded my money. I also didn’t have to return the item so I didn’t have to deal with packing and shipping. The 4 stars are for customer service.
