The quality of the ear bud is great, manual that came with it is not very clear. They do pair easily to our phone and ipod but I wish I had known that I could only use it with one at a time. Customer service was very kind and after I reached out to them regarding the pairing they responded very quickly.

Advanced Airstream True Wireless Ear Buds
I ordered 3 earbuds. Two in white and one in black… they arrived in a fair amount of time with one major exception… the black was the correct one but the two white ones were not correct… I was sent Two white Elevate IPX4 Water Resistant Active Headset… These were not what I ordered … I have sent several emails…and all I get back is a request # and they say my comments have been added… very poor customer service…and still not a happy camper and still stuck with these 2 earbuds that I do not want and no communication from the company…
