Making it Right
MorningSave has great customer service. When my initial order was incomplete, with a little research; they made it right!!! This was a Mama Day Gift for my sister… Won’t she be surprised to get the balance of the order for her bDay on 5/29. I’m vetting for Sister of the Summer!!!
The socks are so warm, they will be great on the plane. The neck pillow fits just right. The backpack is TSA friendly; good for all the travel necessities. And the masks will block out the unwanted rays while we fly to Vegas… And of course the luggage tag will allow us to know which is MINE!!! LOL

Seems to be great thus far, however, I have not taken it on a trip. I like the look of it and it is expandable by just unzipping. There is a long tag on the pillow that I took off by pulling rather than cutting, and the insides went everywhere where. I could not receive what I lost, but I did see it up and it looks great.

Its super nice. The suit case is the carry on size and spins beautifully. I live the neck pillow. My grand daughter took it from me. The name tag is gorgeous and well made. I didn’t need the head band but its a pretty design. The sock are comfy and a pretty blue. I really liked my purchase.

It’s not worth, no more than $50 with everything included. Please make sure you don’t put it under. It’s cheap plastic…
Customer service is terrible!
They sent me the wrong color I was nice and texted customer service 2 weeks ago and have had no response as to what to do with the wrong color. Also it did not contain the backpack, pillow, socks, headband, and name tag. I would like a response. I am contacting the BBB. I feel like I deserve a refund.
