It would have been nice to know specifications before I ordered and that I would need to buy an outlet adapter plug. The cable is not 6 feet long. It is only 3 1/2 feet long. It does work but is not what it says.

I really like how easy these are to use. My husbands phone cover won’t allow it to charge but my Otter cover works fine.

It wasn’t made clear that is was compatible with the IPhone 6. It would cost me more to send it back. Also I ordered it 12/3 and it arrived after Christmas too late to give as gift.
Very disappointed
Nowhere does this say it’s for iPhone 8 or above! It wasn’t in the ad and there are no instructions and it isn’t on the packaging! That’s kind of an important detail isn’t it??? My son, a tech expert, told me when I asked him why it wasn’t working! I had no idea. I’m hoping I can send it back.

Neither of the two units I purchased as gifts for my android phones! I am glad they arrived too late to give sparing the embarrassment of giving a useless gift.
Very Disappointed
I have waited for a long time to get my package only to receive part of the order. I ordered 9 charging pads and only received 5. Now I’m short the 4 gifts I was expecting to receive. I would like to be refunded and I’ll just order from Amazon where I can get the same thing and before Christmas. I won’t be ordering from Morningsave any more.
wont work on our phones
I ordered this item and it does not work with mine or my husbands phones. It should say which phones it works on and not in little print after I get the phone in the box. extremely disappointed.

Nobody’s phones could be charged with this. I ordered 6 of these for family Christmas presents. I was excited. Not one person could use the charger. I didn’t hear that they were only for certain phones. Very disappointed. Would like to return the whole bunch.
I don’t like it because you still have to plug it in. I thought it would be battery operated. I have to plug it in. My regular charger does that. What do I need this for. I doesn’t do anything different than my charger. Very disappointed. I bought two. How do I return them?
