Not worth the $
The battery life is not enough to even do a regular size home. It gets confused and doesn’t complete mapping so we can’t even tell it what areas not to do.
Not as expected
Stair sensors don’t work and robot couldn’t find the base when the battery was dying.
Just too much effort to use
Takes time to get this to go around and gets stuck. Doesn’t consistently clean just not worth the time to try to help it out a lot. Better time spent just using regular vacuum cleaner in a shorter period of time. Just going to donate it.

Customer service was excellent. Refunded my money since the vacuum did not work for me.
Does not work as described
The vacuum does not return to its base and constantly moves around in circles in the same spot.
