HOMEDICS DELIVERY
Delivered as promised
Arrived safe and sound. Thx! Happy Holidays!
Works good and LOVE the HEAT option!
It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s meant to be used to work out knots and sore spots from muscles with the 3-speed, vibrating ball that rises and falls with a touch of a button. (You do the moving and repositioning with your body, not like massage chairs where you stay stationary.) It’s not meant to be a massager that most people are expecting and complaining about. It provides a firm ball, similar to a tennis ball, that rises and falls with two (inflate and deflate) buttons and vibrates with three different speeds, while adding heat to help relax muscles.
Easy to use muscle massager
I like how easy it is to use and that it is cordless and has different intensities.
INOPERABLE
Instruction states…received with a charge. It was inoperable. I have a charger and attached to charge for an hour…then over night. Not working. Please advise.

Doesn’t work
Spend your money on a theragun or knockoff theragun on Amazon. This thing does nothing. Just a vibrator. No massage. And the ball is supposed to raise up. It doesn’t. We’ll see how their returns work. I normally only buy from companies I know have excellent return policies. I’ll follow up with another post to let you know how the return goes.
