The dryer attachment (vent) does not fit the hairdryer. Also the hairdryer does not have different heat settings as stated. It only blows at a very high heat wish I have never used on my hair. Nor do I want to start. The cold shot is not a convenient button. You have to switch the dryer switch up and down to get to it and if you go down to far the dryer turns off.

A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH IT.
I like this hair dryer, but the concentrator nozzle does not snap in, as claimed, so it keeps falling off. Because it is hot you can’t pick it up and put it back on, but it shouldn’t fall off at all. If they don’t remedy the problem I will return it, but it shouldn’t be at my expense. We will see how this problem is handled.
