Had a problem with a ripped pillow case and they sent out a new set. They are very comfy

Bamboo Sheets
These sheets are softer than any others you can purchase. The word Bamboo turned me off but after receiving as a gift, I ordered for all my beds. Try these, then you will LOVE them.
Lovely and Soft
Bought King Size Sets and they are lovely. So soft and came out of wash/drier with no wrinkles. Put them on my bed and they look n feel luxurious. Glad I bought two sets and for the price, shucks I got em for a steal.
Soft sheets
Just received sheets I ordered. Said they were soft and sure enough they are so soft. In washier now to put on bed for tonight. If I knew they were going to be this nice I would have ordered more.
New comfortable sheets

I love the sheets. They are soft and cool to the touch. The material is a little thin. I love the deep pockets.
The sheets are nice and soft. They seem to be a little thin, but we will see how they hold up as we use them and they go through the wash a few times.
Is not color of choice but only one available. Nice texture, feels good.
No bonus pillowcases
The item I ordered was supposed to have bonus pillow cases. There was a sticker on it saying that but they were not included. Other than that the sheets seem very nice.
Got wrong color
I think I will like these sheets, but I ordered Kaki, I got a yellow color
Bad Coloring
We ordered Grey and it was a dark grey when we ordered. The sheets that arrived were a light grey. We had light colored sheets and wanted a dark set. Not very happy.
Return and refund
My sister bought the same sheets and told me they feel wonderful but they don’t fit right for our pillow top. May I send mine back they have not even been opened.
My order was changed without notification!!
I ordered the charcoal gray sheets 2 weeks ago. I received the sheets today and they were light gray. The order on this website was changed to the light gray sheets. When I checked my original email after completing the order on Jan. 13th it showed that I ordered the charcoal gray sheets!!! If the sheets were unavailable I should have been told they were unavailable!!!

was ordered 3/5 was on back order but not told till asked on 3/23 finally got on 3/28 also did not find out sheets were made in CHINA till received
First of all RUN!!! This has taught me if I can’t reach you by telephone and speak to someone then I can’t spend my money with you. I waited forever for my order and I would send it back but I’ll just never shop this site again. Not with my good hard earned money.
Paid for 6 piece and only got 4 piece
Both sets are damaged on opening box and washing them
