My husband loved this cushion for his back. It helps him to set up better when watching TV . Delivery was earlier so that was great. Inflates easy and charging the same.
Just right

Comfort
It is not as comfortable as it claims, that why it’s cheap.
No inflation
I received my cushion in November 2025 and life happened as it would be as a caregiver. Finally took it out of the box last week excited to use it. However the pillow will not inflate. It paired and makes the sound like it is inflating but no inflation. Pillow is fully charged every time and battery in remote is good. The Smart part even works, I think, just no inflation. It’s too late for refund but maybe a replacement. Since I opened after the warranty date.
