While I do not recommend this product, I do like that customer support came to me quickly and refunded my money. The 2 major parts of this, do not screw together and when tried to pick up to move to another area, water went all over my table, even the power plugs that are built into the table. The two smaller parts where mist comes out, also do not screw on. The mist pushed the longer part up and mist was coming out of the bottom of it until it falls completely off. A table top humidifier, you expect to be safe to use, has now cost me my table top plugs to charge my phone and other devices.
