Packaged Poorly - Received Damaged
I could smell this product BEFORE I opened my mailbox. Once the package was opened, every bottle and the inside of the package was extremely oily. Two of the bottles were upside down. Bottles were not sealed in plastic or packaged well at all. The product itself works great when purchased locally and not damaged.

I just received my order today and opened all 5 bottles to find out that 4 of the 5 are missing an ample amount of the solution. I would understand if maybe one of them was like this, but to have 4 - disappointing and unacceptable. Maybe that’s why it was cheaper, you’re not getting the full 2 oz in each bottle.

This is the second time this order has shipped to me. The first time it had leaked so a replacement was sent. This time it also leaked on shipment but I do not require a replacement. You need to do something about your packaging so this doesn’t happen.
