Unsatisfied with the outcome
I followed the directions to charge into sunlight and then I checked it out 10 hours later it came on few seconds and stayed off.
I then thought it could be the factory batteries that came with it.
Replaced them with new batteries and the same thing happened. I have no clue what,how or why all of them are doing it.
